As a Senior Investment Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, Michael and his team -The LeBlanc Group- work with multi-generational families, individuals, and successful business owners to understand their current financial situation & assist them in pursuing their future financial goals. Michael believes that planning his clients' financial futures involves more than giving investment advice. Rather, he believes in the value of a one-on-one relationship with clients where he is committed to knowing who they are and what they need to accomplish.
Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, Michael lead the local branch of National Bank Financial, advising individuals and business owners in planning strategies out of the Vancouver and Burnaby offices. In his thirties, he had the opportunity to pursue executive MBA through Athabasca University in Alberta, before starting his family and settling in North Vancouver.
In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling, exploring nature, skiing, running, and cycling. He’d also like to begin practicing yoga.

Louvie Ronse is the frontline contact for clients and is responsible for all administrative needs and overseeing day-to-day operational activities.
Louvie is IIROC Securities licensed and able to communicate with clients on both fundamental and advanced levels to ensure each client receives the tailored support they need. Her 25 years of experience, deep understanding of the financial services sector, and passion for connecting with clients makes her an essential member of the LeBlanc Group.
When she is not in the office, Louvie is a sport enthusiast. She is an avid road cyclist and year-round runner. She always enjoys seasonal sports including playing softball, golf and hitting the slopes. Louvie also has a passion for bringing colleagues, friends and family together by organizing company, social and family events. She is a proud mom of her 2 amazing adult children, Jade and Sheldon.
Sofiia joined LeBlanc Group in May 2019, previously completing her combined degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of British Columbia. As a Business Development Associate during 2019-2020, Sofiia lead the digital communication and marketing operations. In late 2020, Sofiia completed the necessary training to become a fully-licensed advisor, and have since then been promoted to an Associate Investment Advisor position with the LeBlanc Group. In this role, Sofiia assists Michael in working directly with clients to develop and implement strategies to address our clients' financial, investment, tax and estate planning needs. Sofiia has experience working with a variety of clients and high-profile financial institutions, which gives her an ability to find an individual approach for every scenario.
Apart from work, Sofiia has a passion for event planning, contributing to the National Investment Banking Competition (NIBC) for the past two years. You can also find her living an active lifestyle and enjoying the great outdoors. Sofiia is an avid fan of cycling workout classes at SoulCycle.

Tony Dwyer joined Canaccord Genuity following the acquisition of Collins Stewart in March 2012, and currently serves as the Head of U.S. Macro Group, Chief Market Strategist, and member of the Firm’s U.S. Operating Committee. Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity, Tony served as a Senior Managing Director and Chief Equity Strategist for Collins Stewart LLC from 2010-2011. Prior to joining Collins Stewart, Tony served as the Chief Equity Market Strategist for FTN Financial’s equity arm from 2003-2010. In addition to his analyst role at FTN, Tony also held the title of Co-Director of Research, Chairman of the Investment Committee and sat on the firm’s Operating Committee.
As a Strategist, Dwyer is best known for the practical application of macroeconomic and tactical market indicators designed to assist institutional clients in making intermediate-term market and sector investment decisions. He is frequently seen and quoted on the various Financial News outlets such as CNBC, Barrons, FOX Business, and Bloomberg.
Tony is a graduate of Le Moyne College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and currently sits on the LeMoyne College Endowment Fund Investment Committee. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons, enjoys being a private pilot, scuba diving, sky diving, adventure racing, and all outdoor sports.
Managing Director, North American Portfolio Strategy
Martin Roberge serves as Portfolio Strategist and Quantitative Analyst at Canaccord Genuity. He is responsible for providing tactical asset mix and sector rotation research and recommendations to the firm’s retail and institutional clients. Previously, he held similar roles at Dundee Securities and National Bank Financial. Martin acquired money-management expertise as the lead portfolio manager of absolute-return funds at Natcan Investment Management and Crystalline Management. Over the years, Martin has been highly ranked as a portfolio strategist and quantitative analyst in Canada, according to the Brendan Wood International survey. He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts. He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Bishop’s University and a Master of Science in Finance from l’Université de Sherbrooke.

Michel is responsible for the investment process at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management UK, with a specific focus on asset allocation and stock selection. He also works to maximize the potential of Canaccord Genuity’s proprietary and industry-leading stock screening tool, Quest®.
Michel is an experienced investment strategist having spent the past 19 years at JP Morgan Private Bank where he was the Chief Investment Strategist (EMEA) responsible for running investment strategy and overseeing tactical asset allocation decisions for discretionary portfolios within the region.
